- Dynamic protocol conversion and fan-out — seamless conversion between multicast and unicast, integration with SRT, and support for streams that lack native multicast capabilities.
- Advanced observability — packet-level visibility and capture, Prometheus and Grafana dashboards, and the wXckedEye UI for auditing network performance and quality of service.
- Cloud multicast with zero code changes — although public clouds do not natively support multicast, cloudSwXtch enables it transparently, allowing existing applications to operate exactly as they do on-prem, without modification.
- High-precision time synchronization (PTP) — essential for professional media, live production, and broadcast environments.
- Flexible deployment — consistent operational experience across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, hybrid (on-prem + cloud), edge computing, and virtualized environments. It also supports both Linux and Windows via the xNIC software agent, enabling multicast traffic in virtual machines running either OS.
- High throughput and scalability — exceeding 100 Gbps and millions of packets per second, supporting ST 2110 streams, live format conversions, and real-time workflows using JPEG-XS, PNG, and other standards.
